displays search form in site header and not in navigation menu

Hello there,
I wanna show to display the search icon in the “SEARCHD” position, But it’s displaying in the above Navigation menu. Also setting >> Header Search >> (shows) Select search form to display in site header( Not Menu ).
How can I solve this?

@vinod-dalvi The form was customized as per our requirements. Now I added it again, you can see.
Mainly I want, In “SEARCHD” option will show the search icon only, then after clicking this icon the input field will be shown below. Like this https://educounting.com/
