Displays posts Oldest to Newest!?

Well I’m very sorry if this was already posted somewhere or if I’m in the wrong category or anything. Nobody else seems to have this problem but me though. For some reason WordPress is displaying all posts from oldest to newest. I tried switching multiple themes and adding codes to different documents but nothing seems to work.

Why is it doing this? It’s really starting to get annoying and it makes my blog look pretty stupid.
