First of all, I have to admit that you’re one of the worst support, 2 tickets in 4 days and no reply!

As for the issue that I’m facing, to make long story short, Page speed recommends that we use webp instead of jpg, so I said why not let’s try it and I converted all the images to webp.

The problem isn’t with the conversion, the problem is that when you decide to “Display images in webp format on the site” all the thumbnails won’t show up instead the original image will be used, now imagine that in a homepage with +20 image, Boom! the page size turned from 1.4mb to 6.3mb and the website speed dropped and the GTmetrix score got from 98% to 54% because of all the not resized images.

to fix the problem I unchecked “Display images in webp format on the site” this got my site back on track except that Page speed insight score dropped because of not displaying webp images!

So can you please, please respond to my support tickets and help me display images in webp format without having to display the original image instead of the thumbnail images?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    We apologize for the delay.

Just for the reference, we have resolved this via our ticket system.

The problem was caused by wrong setup in CDN field.

When using Cloudflare, there is no need to add anything in CDN field of WebP display (using picture tag).
