    Hello @voldemarh,

    You need to authorize your credentials by the ‘Authorize’ button, but before you do that please save the setting first on this page.

    Thanks, after saving everything is fine, but why error show before saving, this behavior confuses users.

    Hello @voldemarh,

    I believe that could be confusing for you. Similar API-related problems are on the UPS side. This error could happen, if you’ve changed the API (with the wrong credentials XML API to REST API) and you didn’t save the changes.
