Displaying the contents of the woocommerce cart

Hello, I would like to display the quantity of products in the cart and the price in the main menu, I don’t want to use any plugin, I just want to create a function that will show it itself. Can you please guide me on how to create the necessary function in PHP ?? I will be grateful for any hints.
