Displaying Static Page Ignores Posts

I have the blog installed in my root folder so when you go to my domain at https://www.mydomain.com, it shows my latest posts.

In the settings, I have selected to show another page (/benefits) as the front page.

When that is set, when someone goes to https://www.mydomain.com, they see the benefits page as the front page (which is what I would expect).

But now, how do I access the page which shows all of my posts. What would be the url to that?
