    See in the picture:
The image on the right and the image on the left are simple products that show the discounts correctly.
But the middle image is variable product, variable price is 150000 with discount while 156000 i.e. original price is displayed.
This problem is variable for all products while simple products are displayed correctly.

Hello @mohsen2677 Thanks for updating your post. Please make sure you’re not adding or don’t have any additional apps that deal with pricing. Deactivate any and test/refresh the page. Also make sure you’re not adding any price on the initial parent product that trickles down into the variation.

I disabled all the plugins and it showed the discount number, but it still did not show the actual number. As pictured, he didn’t hesitate to draw a line on the price.

Hey again @mohsen2677 can you go in the backend of that product now and show us the settings for that product?

    1. Make sure to show us the General. Like this
    2. And as much of the variants as you can. Like this or create an audio free Loom

    Thanks

Ah thanks for this @mohsen2677 unfortunately you embedded them and I can’t see anything. I do however see you are using the new product editor. I’m not using that yet and don’t know enough about it yet to help. You’ll have to wait for a support tech from the WooCommerce.

    What should I do now?

    Hi @mohsen2677

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

Unfortunately, I disabled all plugins except Wordfens, but the problem persisted

    Hi @mohsen2677

How about temporarily changing your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four? Does the issue still appear?

Rest assured, I’ve tried replicating the issue on my testing site, but everything seems to work as expected.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi! We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    I apologize for the delay…
Yes, I tried it many times and now by changing the theme, only the price range is added, while I want the original price to be underlined and the cheaper price to be displayed so that the user knows that this product has a discount. .

    Hello mohsen2677

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you share a link to that product page?
Also, edit the variable product you have highlighted and then share a screenshot of all the variations in that variable product.

This way I can review the product from the backend and also from the front end.
After that, I will try to create the same product on my test site and see how that works.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
