Displaying search results for individual blocks

I am creating a website for cataloging artworks. I have made an artwork block type using the Block Lab plugin. This block has a variety of fields including an image and textual information such as title, date created, dimensions, etc. When I do a search for any term in an individual artwork block entry, the search results only show me the page or post where the content is located, and not the individual block. That page may have dozens of artwork blocks, so the search results are not that useful.

Is there any way to display an individual block in the search results? Or would I be better off creating an artwork post type, rather than artwork block?
