Displaying posts on a page

Hi,

I’m new to www.remarpro.com and I have a food and nutrition blog (https://www.joanneleeson.com/)

What I’m unsure of is how to have categories along the top menu where you can go directly into it and have “mini posts” within that?

Currently you can see that if you hover over a menu item all my posts are listed there, but i’d like to have it so that I can click directly on the link and go into a page where all post are displayed (as they would be on the home page for example)

I’d also like to do the same thing for my recipes so that they can have an image and the name as opposed to a list with a link as seen here (https://www.joanneleeson.com/recipes-2/)

Any help would be much appreciated!
