Displaying photoname on popup when deselected.

Since a recent update (not sure which one as I’ve only just noticed) when an image pops up, it’s now displaying the photoname as well as the image description.
I’ve checked table IID4 and Popup name is not selected, I’ve even selected it, refreshed and un-selected it.
