Displaying Page based on Custom Field Query

    This is an advanced How-to question. I was not sure where to post it.

    I would like to be able to create a Page with a Custom Field key/value (Issue/1). When this Page is displayed, I want only the posts in Category 3 with the same Custom Field key/value (Issue/1) to be displayed.

    I have created a custom Page template and can apply that to each Page I create, but I’m at a loss for the code I need to add to pull the Custom Field key/value from the Page and display only matching posts.

    I hope this makes sense. I appreciate any help you can give to point me in the right direction (ie. is what I’m trying to do the difficult way to go about pulling the posts?).
