Displaying on pages when it shouldn’t be

Hi there, on my website https://www.automoblog.net/ TOC+ should be displaying only in the sidebar (I have that option selected) and it’s working fine on post. But on pages (example: https://www.automoblog.net/advertise/) it’s still showing under the first heading.

How can i fix this while still keeping the widget in the sidebar?
