Displaying more than 100 Entries

    Very awesome/helpful plugin great job & thank you very much.

    I have a question with the search function once you have the short-code on the page/post. I get over 200-300+ entries a day, and when my Hosts needs to see the entries for lets say a certain day that has over 100, how am I able to view that? Right now it says something like showing 100 out of 386 entries. And I can’t seem to view the rest unless I export the CSV from admin panel. Is there a way to view more than 100 even unlimited possibly?

    Also when im on the DB Form Panel where you can choose which form to view and export. Is there a way you can add a “select all” check box for the delete button. I tend to delete certain information after each month since I don’t need them in the database, but having to check mark each one is very time consuming. That would be awesome if you can add this on your future updates ?? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

    I figured it out. I added this line to the “dt_options”

    bJQueryUI:true, aLengthMenu: new Array(10,50,100,200,300,-1)

    I would like the paginate arrows to show where do I add the CSS?
