Displaying Incorrectly

  • After updating the plugin to the latest version, my site is pulling incorrect info for all the custom fields I created.

    This always happen to all my sites after updating WCK and my clients are not pleased on this already.

    I have already reported this to the author and gave me a hot fix. I thought that this is already fixed on their newest version but it still exists.

    This gives me a very bad experience with this plugin and will not continue using it.

    Hello @wpmurielle,

    These issues were caused some time ago, in the period in which we were working on changing the way in which we were storing custom fields inside the database.
    There were issues in that period, caused by this, but they should be fixed and newer versions do not have these problems.

    Your case was more special as we couldn’t figure out why this happened for you. The settings export that you provided was not enough to reproduce the problem and other means of investigating were not available.
