    It seems that your service last 1.5 hours, and the time slot between 18:00 and 19:00 is not long enough to fit the appointment in there.

    If that doesn’t help, since you’re using the full version of the plugin which is not supported in these forums, as per this comment by www.remarpro.com moderators, please open a ticket on our official support platform, and we’ll gladly help you there.
