Displaying formatted values in a view

  • Regarding displaying views on WordPress: Is there a simple way to have Email and Website fields show their properly formatted values in the table; displaying them as mailto: and URL links respectively? My guess is that it has to do with the formatted_value field, but I’m not a developer so I’m a little stuck.

    The only way to format the columns as hyperlinks is to create your own twig template. Also consider using Dataverse plugin to build out your own templates as that plugin makes it much easier. (formatted_value is not related to the HTML representation so it won’t display email as a hyperlink but it will display 12345.67 currency as $12,345.67.)
