Displaying Flat Rate Shipment Cost for EasyShip

I am currently a Squarespace user and desperate to get away from it and its limitation. So I am started a Woocommerce site and intend to transition all of my business to a self hosted WooCommerce installation once I have ironed out all of the setup issues and can get is running smoothly. So, I use Easyship for my shipment and I installed the Easyship/WooCommerce plugin and it seems to work as advertised in that it retrieves the shipping rates and displays them in the cart. – tick! BUT what I want to be able to do is offer a FLAT rate shipping cost BUT also have the actual rates retrieved and used and the orders synced with Easyship.

What I normally do is charge a flat rate for each shipment BUT I use FEDEX to ship and so I want to display the flat rate but still have the orders sync with Easyship.

is this possible?
