Just developing a website at the moment to cover Gaelic Football and Hurling (Two native Irish sports) but I have encountered an issue with how SportsPress displays the scores

There are two types of scores in the game, goals and points. A goal is equal to 3 points. A typical published score would be displayed as follows:

    3-14 – 2-15
    Team1 Vs Team2

This would mean that Team1 have scored 3 goals and 14 points for a total score of 23 points. Team 2 have scored 2 goals and 15 points for a total score of 21 points.

While the logic works fine on the backend for league tables and the like with the game winners element working fine, its purely on getting the result to be displayed as
    above rather than

    23 – 21
    Team1 Vs Team2

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

Indeed, by default, we display only one of the scores.

This is possible, and you can change this in your theme, but it requires more custom code than we can provide, unfortunate.

    Thanks!

Are there any developers you might recommend who might be able to help with this?

    Hi there!

We don’t have any recommendations, but any good WP developer should be able to do it.

You can find some good ones at jobs.wordpress.net.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
can you provide that custom code to solve this problem.

Unfortunately no, we can’t provide custom coding. You’ll need to hire a developer to do that for you.

    Thanks!
