Displaying additional HTML code in links after #

Your plugin displays additional HTML code in links after # – is it possible to replace it?

I need replacing:

1) 8222 and 8221 – this is quotation mark, so it should be replacing to ?nothing”
2) nbsp – this makes ?hard space”, so it should be replacing to hyphen ?-?

Now it looks like this:
