Displaying Active Redirects in Page

I’m looking for an example of how to pull in all active redirects & display them on a standard WordPress page or post. I can’t seem to find an example of how this is done because all of the search terms are being used for troubleshooting posts also related to JSON & the API. Can anyone post a link here that points to a code snippet/example? Thank you!
