Displaying a saved search from TLC LS2 PAC

Remove the rss from the API URL and you’ll be all set! The plugin expects to get JSON data, not an RSS feed.

I updated the URL, but it’s still not showing anything in the bookshelf. Is there something else I need to change?

Perhaps your web server’s connection to the TLC server is timing out… Can you try a shorter list with fewer items?

I created a new saved search with only 4 items, https://ls-web.co.walton.fl.us/list/dynamic/716404776, and it still didn’t pull anything.

Please confirm the service in the Bookshelf editor is set to TLC LS2 PAC API.

Is your plugin up to date? Are you able to view your website error logs?

I don’t have access to the error logs, but I’ve asked the website host for them. I checked and it is set to TLC LS2 PAC API and in the dashboard says it’s updated at version 5.1. It looks like we are on WordPress 6.1.1

I don’t see anything in the logs that is preventing the plugin from using the TLC API data.

Try this: Use the Koha RSS Feed option with your original URL https://ls-web.co.walton.fl.us/list/dynamic/617857221/rss and see if you get any items in the Bookshelf.

I tried the original link, as well as the link that only had 4 items, and neither one pulled anything using Koha RSS feed.

Go to Tools > Site Health in the WordPress Dashboard. Do you see a notice about missing modules? If so, please list them.

It says the site’s health is good and only has recommendations for removing inactive themes, and using a persistent object cache.

That, at least, is good news. Perhaps your website manager can locate another log file that might contain PHP errors?
