Displaying a form from a button

Hi, i just made a form that i would like to include in a “reserve” button (made with the advanced button block) so when people click on it, it makes appear the form. The plugin i use to make forms gives me a shortcode to add, but when i put it in the button it doesn’t work. So, is there an option for this or a piece of code ?
