    Hi lovely people,

Just wondering of you could help me implement a custom header on the mec-events-archive page. The archive page is currently usin my theme’s default archive page and I would like to replace the header backgroung picture and title. I have created a new archive page and placed it in the child theme. I have also set the slug and permalinks to reflect this and I am able to customise the page contents but not the header. Hope someone is able to help.

    Many thanks

    Hello @thebizneslab,

You cannot set your Header and Footer Builder, through MeC. And also, unfortunately, there’s no documentation for your theme and so you need to contact its own author in this regard.
For customizing MEC you can use the following link.

    Hi there,

Many thanks for the response. My question was, however, relative to custom archive pages created with a third party plugin (CPT-UI) for mec lite.

I noticed that when I include the event shortcode on a custom archive page, the url to the single event stays default to the archive page created by mec lite which breaks the permalink.

I am wondering whether you could point me to a resource or example of how to display the event archive in a custom archive page. How easy would it be to apply/integrate this?

    Thanks again.
