Displaying a certain category instead of all news

On one of my pages the template is checking if there are any posts and if there are it shows them. For this it uses this code:

Instead of this I would like to have it show just the posts from a certain category. Can anyone help me out what I need to change in this code to have it just show posts from category let’s say “items”.
