Displaying a block of fields only if another field is checked.

I want the fields below ‘Is Event’ to display only if ‘Is Event’ is ‘Yes’, if it is set to ‘No’ I want the entire block to be hidden.
Is there any way to do this with Pods API directly or a common hacky solution that I can easily implement?

Sorry, this is currently not possible through UI and will require a custom add-on.
