displayed when using search bar

So i was just curious to whether anyone could quickly help me solve this small issue. ive been running a wordpress website for some time now, infact i run 3 different sites on wordpress because i love it so much. one of my sites, https://waharoaspeedway.com/ has a small minor issue i just realized, when i use my search bar it comes up saying

search results for: <span> “searched content” </span>

How can i fix the error to remove the <span> so it doesnt show.

WordPress 4.5.4 running FitClub theme.
