Hi @irinasopas – It looks like all 4 sites aren’t correctly connected to Jetpack:

    https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.reinodegaston.com
    https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdiario.reinodegaston.com%2F
    https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcn.reinodegaston.com%2F
    https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fshop.reinodegaston.com%2F

I noticed that all 4 sites are running an older version of PHP, would you updating your PHP version to 7.0 or above? Let us know how this goes.

    Cheers,
    Lam

Hi! I see that they are indeed at PHP 7.1.11 now, thanks!

For all 4 sites, I now see the following error when we try to communicate with them:

    402 – Payment Required

I suspect that your host is blocking our attempts to communicate with the sites. Can you send them this link, and ask them to pay particular attention to the section near the end?

    https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/

Let me know what they say!

Hallo. Already sent them the link of this topic, the support/hosting-faq and asked to pay attention to the section near the end. I’ll tell you the reply. Please don’t close the topic while I wait.

    Kiss,

    Irina

Hello. The website host support read the faq and they want to know what exactly is being blocked by the host.

Do you know what it is so I can tell them?

Hi Irina! I do not know for sure. All I see on our end is that when we try to synchronize your site’s information to our servers (which allows many of Jetpack’s features to work), we get this error in our debugging tool on our end:

The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error – HTTP status code was not 200 (402) [-32300]

402 is “Payment required”. Ask the host to look in their access logs and error logs for your site, for the 402 code. I’m sure they’ll find it, which should hopefully indicate what on their end is triggering it.

Hello! My host support is verifying the errors’ logs has you suggested, and trying a few things. For now nothing worked but they stay on it. I’ll tell you later an update.

Hallo are you there? Can you see again what are the errors? My support made all you said, I even uninstalled the jetpack in the main domain and subdomains, reinstalled it, connected to the wordpress, but the problem is the same:

An error occurred while downloading blog information:
An error occurred fetching the remote data.

    Bad Request

    Help me, please.

    Cheers,

    Irina

If you need I can give access to my wordpress sites, just tell me the email and I send the data so you can access.

    Hi Irina,

I’m still seeing the 402 error on our end for each one of your sites. Did your host not find anything relevant in their own logs?

In any case, if you want to contact us via email, you can do so here:

    https://jetpack.com/contact-support/

Make sure to include a link to this thread if you do decide to contact us through there. Again though, there’s little we can do on our end. The issue lies entirely with your host and their own security settings on the server; if they can’t figure out what is causing us to get a 402 error from their own logs, we won’t be able to figure that out for them either, unfortunately.

DO NOT send us access credentials via email. If we think it’d be useful (which in this case, I don’t think it will be), we’ll let you know and we’ll tell you how you can send those to us securely. Email is never a secure method of sending access credentials, so again, do *not* send those to us unless we ask.

Hallo. Thanks for all the help, they finally resolved the issue and the posts from other sites are being displayed in mine.

    Best wishes for you dear,

    Irina

And I confirm that it’s all good on our end too, yay!
