Display WordPress Posts Not Working

  • Hello,

    I am trying to use the widget Display WordPress Posts offered by Jetpack to display post from the main domain (example.com) in a subdomain (sub.example.com) but it is not working. I get the following error:

    An error occurred while downloading blog posts list:
    An error occurred fetching the remote data.

    Detailed information:
    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    That’s most likely because the site you’re trying to get posts from is not properly connected to WordPress.com.

    Could you try the following:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” at the bottom of the page if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    3) Confirm the disconnection.
    4) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

    If that doesn’t help, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.
