Display WordPress Comment box above comments

Hello.
I’m using the woo-commerce with storefront theme. Besides that for reviews, I use reviewX plugin for getting customer reviews. The problem I am facing with my customer’s review section. WordPress/woo-commerce review box is displayed below reviews by default. There is nothing wrong with this setting as it allows the commenter to read all the reviews and then write his/her own comment/review. But when a post getting 5-7 comments/reviews then the review box goes down to below the other reviews so there is also a chance that the commenter may not go below and will not make a new comment/write review. So I’am trying to find out how can I move the Submit Review Box above all the other reviews? Currently, all the reviews show, and the Submit Review box is at the bottom of all of them. Thanks.
