Display user’s own comments from all posts

I want to display only the comments by current user from all posts. And then from particular posts types or categories. Can you help me with the short code? Confusing me a bit.

I want to also display users information on posts counts on posts type. Number of posts by current user on a particular posts type. Thank you in advance .
