So, let me confirm I understand what you are asking. You want a button on the frontend that you can click and will display a map? What is the use you are looking for?

Simple Location is primarily focused on adding location to posts, users, etc. I am not against adding more front-end functionality. Curious what the use is here to see if it fits in.

Hi. I would love this feature as well! My usecase would be the following: I have articles that have some kind of review style for playgrounds, museums etc. (geographical bound locations). So it would be really cool to display those on a map.

Right now, it does for individual posts. I have a request on the GitHub repository to show a series of posts on a map that I will do someday. But still confused what is needed for non logged in users.

That’s fairly easy. consider something like this: https://www.vvvkatwijk.nl/de/aktivit%C3%A4tenkarte. I wouldn’t actually want the details panel on the left side, but just the map where you see all the posts with coordinates (maybe you could even use filters to select posts to display by tag/category). This map is actually for non logged in users and a way to browse through your content. Does this make sense?

@rapsli, if that is what you want, it is something I was planning at some point.

As for @abdokouta’s request, still confused there.

very cool. In regards to @abdokoutas request… I can’t read minds neither ??

@rapsli I know. Just saying I cannot address the original query yet. But the other one is on my list.

I keep the list of ideas/issues at the Github repo, including my own.
