Display Under Comments?

    and the 2nd question is “how to hide bulletins [ul] on the sidebar?”

    It depends on the theme that you are using. First you are supposed to find your <?php comments_template( ”, true ); ?> in your theme and just place this function above your recent article function.

    To remove ul tag in your sidebar. Go to your theme folder, open your sidebar.php file and remove the

      tag.
