Display thumbnail image when background video ends

I need to display poster image when my background video finishes.
After making a Zerif Pro child theme I edited the header.php to stop the looping. As it stands now the self hosted video plays beautifully and the last clip remains as the background. I need it to show the the custom thumbnail of video when it has finished.

Any suggestions on how to add such a call in the file?
