Display the sticky menu in mobile versión for default (always on)

Hi, Is it possible to display the sticky menu connected all the time (always) in the mobile version?
If I now load a page it looks like this:
https://prnt.sc/dimgp2I find that a little space is wasted when the “bar menu” appears below the logo. If it appears next to this, as it does when the sticky menu is activated, in my modest opinion it takes more advantage of the screen space and could possibly increase the CTR of the ads when appearing at first screen. Here’s an example:
