Display the second hierarchy category in WordPress template

Hello everyone,

I have a made a WordPress site and I posted some blog posts on it.
Those blog posts have categories, and at the moment, I have 3 hierachies:

– Europe
— North-West Europe
— The Netherlands

Now I want to make a WordPress template, that only displays the second hierarchy (so only display ‘North-West Europe’), does anyone know how to do that?
