I want to mention, that you can achieve your desired scenario with the Quiz Maker plugin.
The plugin has the User Page Settings shortcode.
You can copy the shortcode and insert it into any post to show the current user’s results history.

In order to find this shortcode, you need to go to the Quiz Maker plugin > General Settings page > Shortcodes tab.
Please note, that the shortcode is available only on the PRO version of the Quiz Maker plugin.
Regarding the second question, I want to mention, that you can’t display the information at the end of the quiz exactly in the same way and you can’t make the results remain (not disappear) after refreshing the page.
Again, you can make use of the shortcode mentioned above.
