Display Text on Hover?

    I’m looking for a plugin to do a specific job but I’m not sure if it exists and I can’t find anything on search.

    I’ve used phpGiggle before and this will be a bit similar. I want a list of words to be automatically picked up and highlighted so that when they are hovered over they produce a piece of text with a description set by me.

    It’s similar to phPGiggle except that I don’t want to make them into links.

    Can it be done?
