display swatches on category archive page?

I’ve been asked to add small “mini-swatches” to some product category archive pages, and was given this as a model: https://www.coyuchi.com/bed/bedding/blankets.html

Can’t think of a way to do this in woo commerce. I have swatches on the individual product pages, but not on the category archive pages.

Is there a way to do this? I’m fine adding custom PHP functions to functions.php if anybody knows of anything out there that would do this (or a plugin).
