Display subcategory for the event

    Hi,
    My events have parent & child categories. I want to display both the
    categories separately in tabular format. I have displayed the parent category using the ‘#_CATEGORYNAME’ but it is showing only one category.
    How can I display the child category ?

    Is there any option to display the event start-date & end-date.
