display sub menu on sidebar

  • Hi all,

    I have header menu (Home,about us, approach)
    The sub menu for about us is About Company,About Organization.

    I want to display submenu on left sidebar when user open any submenu. Like if click on about company, the left sidebar menu should be About Company,About Organization.
    If click on one of sub menu of approach, there should be approach submenu.

    What i should do in coding part si i can know the parent menu or parent page of selecte menu.?
