Can you please explain how to display the STOLEN text on the validator page if the serial is marked as stolen in the admin dashboard?

Also, how do we display the registered user details on the validator page after a successful validation?

    Thanks

    Hello Daveyuk

if you set a ticket to be “stolen”, then the validator will show the stolen message. That is default. You can change within the options the stolen message to something that fits more your page style.

The registered information will be shown by the validator. For this activate the option: “Display the collected information of a registration to a code.”

There you can also adopt the labels if needed.

    Hope this helps.

I have tried this on multiple themes, and the Stolen phrase is not there. The code is definitely marked stolen in admin. Can anyone else verify this?

    Thanks

    Hello

    please write to [email protected].

This way it will be easier. The error on your side could be the text color.

We can exchange URLs per email and you get faster response, since this forum here is not proactively monitored, because we encourage everybody (at many positions within the admin area of the plugin) to write us an email.
