Display stars within a page

Hi
I appreciate that the plugin will enable search engines to see reviews and show the star ratings on search results. However is there a way which I could show a star rating rather than the average rating?

Also when the reviews are displayed, the opening quotation mark is very big compared to the closing one. Can this be changed.

Also the review title is in capitals, can this be changed?
