Display specific page dynamically

Hi there,

My site is setup to use one main level of navigation and I am using permalinks.

Now I want to add 3 links that I will only be accessible from the footer (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Licence Agreement). These pages have been added with my about page being the parent.

Is there a piece of code I could use to display only these pages via their id’s while using permalinks?

The reason I want to do it this way is because I am using permalinks – I want the link to display like the permalink as well (www.domain.com/terms-and-conditions/), but I also want them to be dynamic for when I decide to change the permalink name through wordpress to say (www.domain.com/temrs/) that it will automatically change these 3 links accordingly.
