Display specific category entries; display results on multiple pages

Great plugin. Two questions:

I’m using this plugin to display bios of race car drivers in different series. Each series is set up as a different category in this plugin. I want to display on a page only the drivers in a specific category, in this case the GRC Drivers category (slug: grc-drivers). What is the shortcode to do this?

Also, I want to display only GRC drivers on one page and only ERC drivers on a different page. Since the [connections] shortcode will appear on multiple pages, will that create a problem with the General Setting where I’m supposed to select one page to display the [connections] shortcode?
