Display shipping inclusive of Tax

    I want to display shipping inclusive of tax. Products are displayed inclusive of tax but not shipping. For example, if my tax rate is 20%, my product = ￡80 and shipping = ￡10.00, I want to have a total of ￡90 (including tax = ￡15).

    So shipping will have tax applied but will display inclusive of tax. Is this possible??

    If you set your cart to show tax inclusive prices it will do this. You just cannot define shipping costs including tax.

    I am getting incorrect cart totals though. In the above example, I see shipping at ￡12 and my cart is now ￡92.00. I want shipping to have tax applied but show inclusively, i.e not add ￡2 to the order cost.

    So, what you are saying is that shipping inclusive display is not possible? I would have to change my shipping rates if I want to do this? For example, I would need to set my shipping rate at .83333 of the current rate to get what I want?

    Shipping inclusive *display* is, but not definition. So you’d need to input the rate excl. tax.

    OK. I have changed shipping rates now and that’s working.

    But what do you do when you use 2 different VAT classes? Because we have the exact same problem, only we don’t know if the shippingcosts will be calculated on either 6% or 21% or a combination.

    So really what we need is an option to set shipping costs included tax. When will this be done?
