Display separate albums

    Hi,

    I need some help:
    I created 2 albums, one for each season, and they display fine in the link here: https://www.mbc06.fr/galerie-photos/

    But when I click on the album, the galerie is displayed under the worng “saison”. For example, if you click on one of the album under “saison 2022-2023”, the galerie is displayed under “saison 2023-2024”:

    Below link shows a gallery that is under album 2023-24, yet it shows under saison 2022-2023:

    How can I configure this so that this doesn’t happen? What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @sebh06,

    We are sorry, this, unfortunately, is a known problem that we look forward to seeing it fixed sometime in the future.

    At this moment, we recommend adding a single wrapper album to the page containing multiple sub-albums instead of including multiple album blocks.

    Meanwhile, could you describe the steps to get what I need with what you suggested (wrapper)?

    Hi @sebh06,

    Sure. That’s relatively simple. You will need to create a new album from “NextGen Gallery -> Manage Albums”, name it for example “SAISONS WRAPPER” then include into it the albums that you already have added to that page and use a single “NextGen Gallery” module to output “SAISONS WRAPPER” album.

    I gave it a try but that doesn’t really fit in with my template.

    This “known problem” is something you are actively working on resolving or is it at the bottom of “to do” pile :-)?

    This isn’t something we are actively working on, but I’ll check with the dev team to see if it can be included in one of the upcoming dev sprints.
