Display selected records on front end

  • I run several events and wish to show a list of selected participants from the overall list as and when they agree to attend on the front-end. Is it possible to do this and even make it a separate named list?

    Yes, you can specify which records are included in the listing in the shortcode, which means that you can show different lists. Take a look at the documentation on setting the list shortcodes up.

    I am using [pdb_single groups=”public”] where the public group is selected as public.
    I have one record but nothing is showing.

    It says “No record was found.”

    However, the private links are working just fine.

    The [pdb_single] shortcode requires a URL that tells it which record to show. Such a link is normally generated by the [pdb_list] shortcode display when properly configured to show single record links. Check the plugin settings under the List Display tab for details.
