Display Screen not Saving Selections

    Issue: Changes made to the Event Calendar Display screen do not update. Additionally, footer CSS is broken on Calendar and Event pages.

    WP v.4.5.2
    Events Calendar (Pro) v4.2
    Divi Theme by Elegant Themes

    Disabling all plugins except Events Calendar had no effect.
    Replacing the Theme with TwentySixteen had no effect.

    Any help would be appreciated.
