Display sales badge even on out of stock products

    I would like to know if there is a way to display the common sales badge even on out of stock products (instead of the out of stock badge).

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you would like to display the sales badge for out-of-stock products instead of the out-of-stock badge.

    In my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, there is no out-of-stock badge that is being displayed for out-of-stock products as you can see below. Furthermore, the sale badge is still displayed even if the product is out of stock.

    Firstly, can you please share how is the out-of-stock badge being added to your site as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce?

    If this was added thru a third-party plugin or a custom code, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
