Display Rules Permissions for Editor role not working

    While logged in as an Editor, we receive the message “You do not have permissions to do this action!” when clicking the blue + icon to add a new rule to a popup.

    The Editor role has already been added to the “User role to access the plugin” field on the settings page, but the feature is not available to Editors.
